ACCELERATOR PRIVACY NOTICE

We are committed to protecting the personal information of all Applicants to and Participants of the Accelerator. This Privacy Notice tells you what you can expect us to do with your personal information. This Privacy Notice should be read together with NEOM’s Privacy Policy.

We have five other legal documents that set out our key terms:

1. Accelerator Terms, which set out the terms and conditions on which you may participate in the Accelerator. The Accelerator Terms will be provided to you during the application process;
2. NEOM’s Terms of Use, which set out the terms and conditions on which you may access the Platform;
3. Accelerator Code of Conduct, which sets out the anti-harassment rules on which you may participate in the Accelerator;
4. NEOM’s Privacy Policy, which sets out the general terms on which NEOM processes any personal information that NEOM collects from you or that you provide to Oxagon; and
5. NEOM’s Cookie Policy, which explains when and how NEOM collects your cookies when you visit the Platform.

1. Definitions

In this Accelerator Privacy Notice, the following definitions will have the following meanings

1. Accelerator: the Oxagon Accelerator is a series of educational trainings and entrepreneurial activities, owned by Oxagon, powered by Brinc Accelerator and run in partnership with McLaren, in which Participants receive mentorship on a range of topics within supply chain & logistics, along with tailored guidance and training for their business model and product offering.
2. Applicant: any individual, team or company that has submitted or plans to submit an application to participate in the Accelerator.
3. NEOM: NEOM Company (a company incorporated in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia commercial registration number 1010504644 and having its registered address at the Information Technology and Communications Complex (ITCC), 2nd Floor Building IN-01, Al Nakheel District 12382, Riyadh, P.O. Box 10, Riyadh 11411, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia).
4. Oxagon: Oxagon Company (a NEOM Company) which is a single-shareholder limited liability company incorporated under the laws of the KSA with commercial registration number 3555101955 and having its registered address at Duba, Tabuk Province, KSA.
5. Participant: any team or company that is registered as a participant in the Accelerator, and any individual forming part of such team or company. Any reference to "you" and "your" shall include any Applicant and Participant.

2. What personal information we collect?

All Applicants and Participants acknowledge and agree that Oxagon may collect – either directly or through Brinc Accelerator and/or McLaren – store, share and use personal information. We only process personal information that we need, so we can operate the Accelerator.

• Contact details: things like your name, phone number and e-mail address.
• Profile details: things like professional experience and job role.
• Media: things like photos, videos and audio clips created of the Participants from the Accelerator.
• Marketing data: such as your preferences for receiving future emails.
• Communication and correspondence records: such as when we distribute our event invitations.

Personal information is collected when it is:

1. Submitted by you during the registration process, including, but not limited to name, identification number, address, email address, telephone number and location; and
2. passed to or collected by Oxagon during the Accelerator, such as through links to other websites operated by third parties.

3. Why do we need your personal information?

1. Oxagon will use this information to administer applications for the Accelerator and the Accelerator itself, including, but not limited to, verifying your identity if your team is admitted to the Accelerator, such as to allow you access to an event and ensure security on premises.
2. Your data can also be used in the future to market and advertise to you for various different programs.
3. Oxagon and/or NEOM will use photos, videos and audio clips of Participants taken during any of the Accelerator to share as marketing collateral and/or for any publicity across wider communications, advertising and marketing purposes. By signing up to the Accelerator, each Participant will be considered as having provided his/her consent to Oxagon, NEOM and the Accelerator media partners to use all recordings, assets, imagery and videos provided and captured during the Accelerator.

4. Whom do we share your personal information with?

1. Oxagon only shares information if necessary and in compliance with applicable regulations. In connection with the Accelerator, in particular, we will share Participants’ personal information with Brinc Accelerator and McLaren to facilitate the programs.
2. Oxagon will also share some personal information with NEOM to ensure the successful delivery of Accelerator and related services.
3. When we share your information with other organisations, we make sure any organisation to which it is sent has the required level of data protection in place, and we take additional steps to protect your information. For example, we always have an agreement in place to make sure that other organisations comply with data protection law to keep your information safe.
